Sage and Young wedding at Peabody Essex Museum, MA

A couple of weeks back Carla and I had the priveledge of shooting with the uber talented Shyla, from Shyla Photography in Boston, MA. Now, I had never met Shyla before, but her warm smile and spirit put me at complete ease, which made for a great day of shooting (not to mention I didn't have to take orders from Carla.....although she tried).

We had the opportunity of shooting Young and his groomsmen in the morning. This is something that I'm used to doing, but I always try to push myself to find new and interesting ideas. Young's apartment building was full of crazy littles nooks -n- grannies.

Young was so easy going. I'm not convinced that he was even a little nervous..can't you tell by his smile!
I really loved when Sage peeked out at Young right before seeing each other for the first time.

I love how excited Sage was as she walked up to meet Young for the first time.

I really had a fun time at this event.  Be sure to check out
 Shyla and Carla's blogs.

mike, michael, mikey....where do i begin??? the first look shots are amazing. love the shot but the black and white treatments are perfect for the moments. the "laundry room" shot of Young's suit...awesome attention to detail. the moments all around are just great. You should be pattin' yourself on the back killer.

Good. God. These are amazing. This might be one of the coolest looking weddings you guys have shot. The locations. The bride and groom. Everything just stunning. Love the laundry room shot. The bride peeking out at her groom. The dance floor from above--jaw-dropping. I hope you've entered that baby in a contest somewhere!
